The founders
DREAMVIBE is founder-led. The people setting the standard are visible, reachable and personally invested in how property is cared for.
Founder
Third-generation serial entrepreneur, founder of DREAMVIBE and Miss World organizer. Based in Costa Rica, Olesia combines strategic entrepreneurship with hands-on experience in real estate, investment structuring and short-term rental operations. Her work spans the full property cycle—from sourcing and due diligence to guest experience, reporting and value growth.
Co-Founder
A physician in Germany with 15 years of professional experience, Yulia brings discipline, responsibility and a long-term owner’s perspective to DREAMVIBE Management. Her real-estate portfolio includes a multi-unit residential building, a villa in Costa Rica and land holdings in Costa Rica. She understands property management as an owner protecting the condition, value and future potential of each asset.
