Who is responsible for your information
Legal entity: 3-102-970416 Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, Costa Rica. DREAMVIBE Management is the public-facing brand name of that entity, and it is the data controller for information submitted through this website.

This policy is written with reference to Costa Rica Law No. 8968 on the Protection of the Person against the Processing of Personal Data and its regulation. It is provided for transparency; it is not a legal opinion, a certification, or a guarantee of compliance with any particular law.
What the enquiry form collects
- Name
- So we know who we are replying to.
- Email address
- The address we reply to.
- Phone number (optional)
- Only if you choose to give it.
- Property location or agency name
- Context for assessing whether the property or partnership is a fit.
- Plan of interest
- Only when you arrive from a service plan.
- Your message
- Whatever you choose to write to us.
- Page address of the form
- Which page the enquiry came from, so the reply has context.
- Minimal technical and security data
- A one-way encoded form of your network address, and the time of submission, used for rate limiting, duplicate prevention and abuse protection.
- Consent record
- The date and time you ticked the consent box and the version of this policy shown to you.
You choose what to write. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we use it
- Respond to your enquiry.
- Assess property or agency fit.
- Arrange any follow-up you have asked for.
- Protect the form from abuse, spam and duplicate submissions.
- Keep an operational record of the conversation.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised DREAMVIBE personnel and to the hosting, email and security service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the service. Those providers may only process the information for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, complete any follow-up you have asked for, protect the form against abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you access to the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form. Write to team@dreamvibe.management. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. These rights apply subject to applicable law and to records we are required or reasonably need to keep.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information submitted through this website. No transmission over the internet and no method of storage is absolutely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Other ways to contact us
WhatsApp, telephone and email remain available as direct alternatives to the form. When you contact us that way, the message is handled by the platform you chose under its own terms, and we use the information you send for the same purposes set out above.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the last updated date at the top of this page will change.
